                     ❛  manda–  ❜  laurence  says  warily  as  his  daughter  comes  up  to  him,  hands  behind  her  back.  over  the  years,  he’s  learned  that  an  amanda  with  her  hands  behind  her  back  is  an  amanda  who’s  up  to  something.  his  eyes  narrow  slightly,  suspicious.  

                    and  then  widen  when  she  produces  the  daisy  chain  and  bounces  up  to  drape  it  on  his  head.  he  laughs  brightly  and  reaches  up  to  touch  the  flowers,  careful  not  to  pull  apart  the  chain.  

                    ❛  awww,  manda  panda,  you  made  me  a  flower  crown.  ❜  he  pulls  her  in  and  kisses  her  on  the  forehead.  ❛  what  a  good  daughter.  ❜
