rules

first, thank you for taking the time to check out my rules! i really appreciate it. they are a little long, whoops. (and i pinky promise i’m not nearly as mean as these make me sound RIP) there are no hidden passwords, mostly because i, myself, get really anxious about them. if you have a password, i probably won’t send it in. but i promise i read your rules!! i read them before following any blog. 

GENERAL:

• no godmodding/metagaming/etc. i work on a three strike system. i’ll warn twice about godmodding/metagaming and if it happens again, i’ll unfollow. (note: small godmodding things are perfectly fine. like if your character asks mine to pass the salt, you can assume that they do.)
• this blog is private. i only rp with MUTUALS. if non-mutuals interact too often with starter calls or opens, i may block. please only send ic memes if we are mutuals (ooc memes are fine).
• I am selective, which means i don’t follow everyone back. nothing against you as a writer, i just prefer to have an uncluttered dash. i also vary rarely follow back personal blogs and may block them if they interact too often with my posts.
• too much negativity or vagueblogging makes me uncomfortable and i may unfollow if there is a lot of it on the dash. #discourse, drama, and anti-shipping are also pretty big nos for me. 
• both the muse and mun are 18+ so there may be NSFW content on this blog! i will always tag it with an appropriate tag. i will also NEVER EVER write smut with a minor. (in fact, i tend to be hesitant to interact with people under 16 in general.)
• i use small text, light formatting, and (sometimes) icons. i don’t expect my partners to match this (though i may resize text just to make it consistent.)
• i also never expect my partners to match length in replies. quality over quantity. i tend to fluctuate heavily with my response lengths as well. 
• please cut your posts! uncut posts make the dash very messy.
• if you want to continue a meme, please put it in a new post.
• i make my own icons/edits/backgrounds/etc unless otherwise noted. please DO NOT take them.
• please tag your SPIDERS, SELF-HARM, ANIMAL ABUSE, and FOOD with a tag i can block. i tag most major triggers but if you need something tagged, shoot me a message and i’ll tag it. i tag with #trigger cw (ex. #spiders cw).
• replies will be slow as i have another blog.
• DO NOT reblog things you are not part of, be they threads or ooc posts.  i will block if it happens. some things will be tagged with ‘okay to reblog’ and are exceptions.

MUSE THINGS:

• i ship based on CHEMISTRY only.
• while i do love shipping, FORCE-SHIPPING will result in an instant block. 
• i play laurence as BISEXUAL with a PREFERENCE for men. 

OOC:

• these rules are subject to change at any time. 
• the mun’s name is GRAYSON and i use they/them pronouns
• please feel free to chat with me ooc! i love talking to other people and, honestly, it makes plotting a lot easier when i know the other mun. 
• i promise i’m very nice even if my rules seem strict.
